Serving as a second home for a small nuclear family of three, the project brief entails extensive interior remodeling to improve space efficiency within a limited built-up area of about 300 Sq.M.

It becomes an important experiment in both, the repurposing and reuse of existing buildings, as well as the idea of tiny houses (small, compact, and optimized dwelling units).
